Role Summary
As District Parts & Service Manager you will be achieving targets A/S of Dealers in the assigned area, reaching HCX (Hyundai customer experience) target and ensuring that Dealers’ facilities/equipment meet HMCI standards.
We want you to
- Plan on a regular basis meeting with Dealers staff and managers
- Identify an action plans needed to achieve the qualitative and quantitative targets in the assigned area
- Monitor and report on KPIs set by HMCI
- Evaluate and review processes of the Authorized Workshops, with a specific focus on Customer satisfaction
- Dealers’ staff skills assessment
- Define marketing activities of local dealers in accordance with HMCI guidelines and analyze of their effectiveness
- Analyse actions and performance of competitors in the assigned area
- Evaluate and contact potential new candidates to develop business in the assigned area
About you
- Minimum 2 years' experience in related position
- Fluent English
- University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
