Dealer Marketing Junior Specialist

We want you to:

  • support the implementation of dealer marketing activities and the marketing cooperation program across the dealer network
  • participate in planning, monitoring, and reconciling the budget for dealer marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams
  • continuously monitor dealer marketing activities to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
  • contribute to the creation, updating, and distribution of marketing guidelines for dealers (local advertising, social media, BTL materials)
  • assist in preparing and making marketing materials for the dealer network
  • collaborate on developing and updating of content on dealer websites and support digital marketing activities
  • provide organizational support for marketing training sessions for the dealer network
  • assist in managing POS/BTL materials and coordinate with creative agencies and suppliers
  • prepare summaries and reports related to dealer marketing activities

About you:

  • university degree (or ongoing studies) in marketing, management, communication, or a related field
  • basic knowledge of marketing and marketing communication, including digital channels
  • interest in dealer marketing, retail, or the automotive industry (nice to have)
  • strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and collaborate effectively with various teams
  • strong communication skills and readiness to work with external partners (dealer network, agencies)
  • eagerness to learn and develop in the marketing area
  • good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • good English skills enabling work with marketing materials (nice to have)
  • category B driving license
  • willingness to travel for business purposes, around 1–3 times per month
