Purpose of the Job

Plan and implement sales to specific, existing major accounts where growing relationships, identifying opportunities, and utilizing account management skills are critical. Accounts frequently have multiple buying locations (internationally in the case of global strategic accounts), making the process of establishing and maintaining broad client relationships essential. The role requires full knowledge of the product line and its applications, along with a strong understanding of the client's objectives and challenges.

Role Summary:

As Corporate Sales & Partnerships Manager (m/w/d), you develop strategic partnerships, manage key corporate accounts, and lead complex fleet and mobility sales initiatives across multiple markets. Acting as the regional expert for B2B sales and partnerships, you help accelerate revenue growth while building scalable commercial frameworks for long-term success.

We want you to:

  • Drive revenue growth across Corporate (B2B), Fleet, Employee Benefit, and Indirect Sales channels
  • Develop and implement regional key account frameworks to support large-scale corporate customers across Europe
  • Act as the regional interface for major corporate partners and strategic accounts, supporting local markets and National Sales Companies
  • Lead complex fleet and mobility tenders, coordinating commercial, pricing, legal, and operational requirements
  • Establish and manage partnerships with lead aggregators, leasing consultants, mobility providers, and enterprise partners
  • Develop regional contract standards, governance frameworks, and sales processes to support scalable growth
  • Support and guide local sales teams on fleet sales, partnership management, and key account development
  • Manage and steer approved external sales partners, including KPI monitoring and performance reviews
  • Continuously benchmark market offerings and identify opportunities to strengthen Hyundai’s competitive positioning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across multinational organizations
  • Analyze sales performance, prepare management reports, and provide recommendations for business improvement
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and National Sales Companies to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years within Automotive Fleet Sales, Corporate Sales, or Key Account Management
  • Strong experience managing regional or international key accounts across multiple markets
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, fleet business development, and partnership management
  • Experience leading large-scale tenders, RFP processes, and regional framework agreements
  • Strong understanding of automotive fleet structures, mobility solutions, and indirect sales channels
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with National Sales Companies and multi-country commercial organizations
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth, profitability, and ROI
  • Results-driven, highly accountable, and comfortable operating in complex stakeholder environments
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
