Collision Repair Programme Coordinator
Job Description

Role Summary:

Coordination, development, and optimization of the nationwide collision repair programme (bodyshop and paintwork) within the authorized and partner Hyundai service network, with the objective of ensuring the highest repair quality in line with OEM standards, increasing collision repair market penetration, driving parts and materials sales growth, and building strong relationships with insurers and fleet customers.

We want you to:

1. Service standards and processes

  • Development, implementation, and continuous update of technical standards and body & paint repair processes within the service network
  • Supervision of repair compliance with OEM guidelines, including quality, safety, and applied technologies
  • Support of the network in audits, certifications, and workshop efficiency improvement
  • Coordination of technical and non‑technical training programs for the dealer network

2. Development of collision repair programmes and offerings

  • Design and implementation of programmes supporting the sale of collision repairs, spare parts, and paint materials
  • Creation of dedicated offers for workshops, fleet customers, and insurance companies
  • Introduction of new repair technologies, tools, and products to the network’s offering

3. Cooperation with external partners:

    • Suppliers of body & paint materials (paints, chemicals, tools)
    • Providers of technological and training solutions
    • Training companies (technology, OEM standards)
  • Identification of new service and product suppliers and negotiation of commercial cooperation terms

4. Relations with insurers and fleet customers

  • Building and maintaining relationships with insurance companies and fleet customers
  • Supporting the development of claims handling and cash‑less repair programmes
  • Representation of the importer in business discussions and partnership projects

5. Market analysis and reporting

  • Analysis of the collision repair market, technological trends, and competitor activities
  • Preparation of reports covering:
    • Collision repair market potential
    • Sales performance of parts and materials
    • Effectiveness of programmes and projects
  • Supporting strategic decision‑making through market data and business analysis

About you:

Education and professional experience

  • University degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or similar)
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in:
    • Collision repair (bodyshop / paintshop) area
    • OEM Aftersales or dealer network environment
    • Cooperation with insurance companies or technology providers
  • Experience in nationwide project work and coordination
  • English – minimum B2 level (cooperation with HQ and international suppliers)

 

Technical competencies

  • Very good knowledge of body & paint repair technologies
  • Knowledge of: repair cost estimating; Paint materials and coating technologies; OEM standards and service audits
  • Ability to analyze market data and prepare reports (Excel, Power BI – nice to have)
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills

Other

  • Ability to work independently with strong time‑management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix structure and international environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Poland
