Purpose of the Job

Role Summary:

As our CRM Operations Specialist (m/w/d), you coordinate day-to-day CRM activities, manage business requirements across markets, and ensure efficient, standardized platform usage. Acting as the interface between business and technical teams, you help optimize customer lifecycle processes and continuously improve CRM operations across international markets.

We want you to:

  • Manage day-to-day CRM operations across markets, ensuring stable and efficient platform usage
  • Coordinate CRM-related activities with internal and external stakeholders to support customer lifecycle processes
  • Manage and prioritize business requirements and operational requests from multiple markets and functions
  • Act as a central point of contact for CRM users, providing operational guidance and support
  • Facilitate alignment between market teams, CRM functions, and IT stakeholders
  • Ensure consistency of CRM processes, governance standards, and best practices across markets
  • Support project planning, reporting, and operational reviews to ensure transparency and continuous improvement
  • Translate business needs into structured operational and system requirements
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and operational process overviews
  • Drive process optimization and operational efficiency across CRM and customer engagement activities

About you:

  • 7+ years of experience in CRM operations, digital platforms, or customer engagement environments ideally in Automotive industry
  • Strong experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Automotive Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
  • Good understanding of customer lifecycle management, lead management, and retention processes
  • Experience managing operational requirements and coordinating multiple stakeholder requests in international environments
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams through structured communication and requirement management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Experience in multi-market CRM environments and governance structures
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
