Role Summary:
This position supports Service and Parts operations by coordinating Aftersales projects and ensuring the achievement of business objectives and operational standards. It involves analyzing dealer and market performance, overseeing marketing initiatives, and driving customer satisfaction and retention through targeted action plans.

- Supporting Dealer Service and Parts operations in their respective missions
- Supervision and coordination of Aftersales projects implementation
- Monitoring and championing achievement of service and parts objectives
- Preparing and implementing action plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Supervision of Aftersales marketing activities
- Monitoring adherence and supporting implementation service and parts standards
- Performing analytics related to Dealer performance, market trends, competition environment
About you:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree minimum (preferably Engineering/Economics)
- Work experience: minimum 3 years in automotive aftersales (distributor/importer level will be additional advantage)
- Basic automotive technical knowledge
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Good communicator skills, able to present to various stakeholders including Senior Management
- Planning and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Self-confident with positive mindset
- Committed self-starter
- Willingness to travel
- Valid driving license (Category B)
