After Sales Spare Part Supply & Planning Senior Specialist
Job Description

We want you to:

  • Plan and manage spare parts procurement from local and international suppliers.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels, ensuring stock turnover and availability targets are met.
  • Manage backorders and critical part supply to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Develop accurate demand forecasts and align procurement plans accordingly.
  • Track and improve supplier performance, including delivery reliability and compliance with standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance, IT) for smooth operations and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with CBAM & EU DR regulations and maintain required documentation.
  • Prepare and analyze reports using SAP/HIPOS and support automation initiatives (RPA).

You will also need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years in supply chain, procurement, or planning (preferably in automotive aftermarket). 
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP (MM/SD modules) and inventory management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
