Subsidiary Country Manager (m/f/d)

As a Subsidiary Country Manager you will support an effective operational market steering through structural reporting and data-driven performance evaluation and providing structural support for managing the performance of individual markets.

We want you to:


  • Be responsible for preparation of sales reports and performance evaluation of markets including data gathering, preparation and analyses 
  • Support the country management related processes 
  • Provide strong operative support through pro-active takeover of operative tasks to reduce the overall high workload among the team
  • Takeover of some parts of coordination and communication with markets
  • Control the enhanced scope of Sales KPIs (channel-mix / incentives / Financing KPIs, etc.) and prepare relevant sales KPIs upfront meetings with markets

You will also need to have:


  • Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics or another relevant academic discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive industry 
  • Analytical mindset
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • High level of liability
  • Fluency in English 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Capability to deal with time-pressure and strong willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks
