Service Marketing & Programs Coordinator (m/f/d)

As a Service Marketing & Programs Coordinator you will be responsible for development, implementation and monitoring marketing and commercial programs that maximize service quality and profitability within our NSCs across Europe.
 

We want you to:

 

  • Coordinate and enhance Pan-European Service Marketing activities (Services, Parts and Accessories) 
  • Coordinate the pan-European Wheel & Tire Program
  • Coordinate and analyze Parts Pricing activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholder
  • Roll out, monitor and report new features of related programs 
  • Successfully implement aftersales projects involving coordination of multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate and monitor contractual and financial requirements of the programs
  • Support and guide relevant stakeholders developments based on business requirements
  • Support creating the next phase of future Service Business Innovation Programs

You will also need to have:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing of services with elements of project management
  • Knowledge of automotive aftersales marketing and sales processes
  • Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization.
  • Strong affinity for numbers with ability to make numbers transparent (data collection, analysis and interpretation)
  • Affinity with automotive industry
  • Understanding of customer service, impact of digitalization and customer care
  • Basic knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence) would be a plus
  • Experience in Digital Services will be an asset
  • Very good English skills - spoken and written, German or another European language would be a plus 
  • Project Management skills

  • Strong communication, collaboration and team player skills
  • Excellent Analytical skills
