Brand Experience Creator (m/f/d)

Become part of the European Brand Experience team and develop, plan, organize, and monitor activities in the area of Brand Experience. From Dealer to cooperation’s to Metaverse and beyond. Help shaping the Brand experience across various offline and online touchpoints, always having an eye on the customer experience. You will have an impact from the day one by sharing best practices and guiding us through creative internal and external talent attraction.


Together with the Brand Experience Team you will continuously buzz around to find best solutions, implement ideas and focus on the right things to ensure we build the best brand experience together.

We want you to:


  • Help us to develop the Hyundai lifestyle across all touchpoints
  • Support the analysis of our brand touchpoints (e.g. lifestyle products, merchandise, Point of Sales, etc)
  • Develop improvement plans for our brand touchpoints 
  • Create new brand experience touchpoints to further establish Hyundai lifestyle
  • Monitor the touchpoints across our markets 
  • Establish a headquarter driven brand governance 
  • Handle projects, this includes the setup of internal and external project structure, project management system, reporting system and budget control

About you:

Confidently taking the lead on small projects and initiatives, your excellent communication skills will come into their own as you work closely with stakeholders from across the business. 


Who you are:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as Brand Experience Manager or similar
  • You are experienced in brand touchpoints analysis and taking actions out of the analysis 
  • You know how to create and connect offline and online experiences
  • You translate consumer insights into opportunities that can be converted into clear strategic direction 
  • You are familiar with brand guidelines and can consult and monitor markets on the implementation of the guidelines 
  • You have a high standard of integrity with a passion for brands and are committed to enrich innovation themes
  • You have an entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate ‘best practices’
  • You are experienced in project management in a brand marketing/experience environment 
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English (our company language)
