We are now recruiting for a Warranty Claim Assessor who will support the Warranty Lead to achieve the required KPI’s as set by HME / HMC in accordance with the MOU.  In this role you will also assist with the development and implementation of the Warranty Strategy and related performance measures as part of the overall HMUK ‘Vision 25’ strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure that all claims in manual review and prior work authority (PWA) requests are processed in line with the service level agreement as set with the retailer network
  • Ensure all emails, GWMS hotline enquiries and phone calls are answered in line with the service level as with the retailer network
  • Complete remote audits using the internal audit system and workshop automation platforms and feed the results to the Warranty Lead and Warranty Field Auditor
  • Ensure any chargebacks following a remote audit are correctly administered 
  • Highlight any retailer issues or development needs as identified through warranty claims, PWA’s and remote audit results to Warranty Lead
  • Provide support to HMUK internal departments to resolve warranty queries, including the Technical Services and Customer Services teams
  • Review any outstanding factory return claims and unpaid dealer claims with support of Warranty Lead
