An exciting opportunity to join Hyundai Motor UK as a Training Support Manager has just opened at our Training Academy in High Wycombe.  This role will manage all aspects of the Academy facility to ensure a safe, compliant and engaging environment for all delegates and visitors which provides a positive brand experience while providing excellent training support and guidance to our dealer network.

 

You will support, develop and manage a team of two Training Support Advisors ensuring a smooth operation of all administration and training tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Training Support:

 

  • Track, monitor and recruitment for all course bookings ahead of time to ensure maximum course attendance in line with agreed yearly targets (retailer accreditation requirements and facility utilisation)
  • Work with all areas of the business to raise awareness of and increase focus on dealer training – including staff accreditation levels, expiry dates, re-accreditation process and training needs 
  • Plan, implement and publish the dealer training calendar and associated course information 
  • Supervise workload, priorities and reporting requirements of the Training Support/Academy teams
  • Operational lead on HALO (LMS) to include liaison with the LMS provider, reporting faults and seeking resolutions whilst working with the supplier to ensure the future development requirements of HMUK are considered and implemented
  • Support the Commercial Learning and Development Manager and Technical Training Manager with the planning, developing and implementing of commercial/technical training and events
  • Development of reporting via the LMS on the performance of the Academy/Retailer network
  • Manage the provision of comprehensive administrative support to the Academy team
  • Training event support: development and implementation 
  • Support the Academy Manager in managing the cost centre budget. This includes raising purchase orders, processing invoices, monitoring budget performance and dealing with supplier queries
  • Any ad hoc duties as required by the department and business needs.
     

Facility:

 

  • Academy facility management to include all aspects (and not limited to) from Health and Safety, service and repair, Brand representation, resources, technology, Workshop (in conjunction with Learning and Development Manager, Technical)
  • Delegate experience
  • Manage the facility supplier recruitment and contract renewal process and on-going supplier relationship for all aspects of facility management.

  • Previous database/LMS administration experience
  • People Management Skills
  • Highly numerate with the ability to critically review numbers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced PC skills with the ability to create spreadsheets and manipulate data.

  • Excellent organisational skills
