Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Structure technical training course development and course delivery.
  • Design and development of the technical core curriculum materials/programmes, where required.
  • Update and maintain materials necessary for the delivery of existing courses.
  • Work alongside the Technical Trainers and Technical Services team to support in the design and development of new training materials/programmes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all training delivered.
  • Deliver core curriculum training on a quarterly basis to ensure the effectiveness and appropriateness of training developed and to gain feedback from the dealer network.
  • Quarterly course sit-in audits of training delivery and content to ensure they are being delivered consistently and meets Hyundai Motor UK (HMUK) Training Academy standards.
  • Deliver New Model and Internal Briefing Training Sessions to both internal and external customers.
  • Support the delivery of Technical and New Model Training off-site, when required.
  • Provide additional ad-hoc training delivery support cover due to trainer planned or unscheduled absence.
  • As required, attend Train the Trainer events at Hyundai Motor Europe (HME) and develop course materials for the UK market.
  • Plan and deliver effective Train the Trainer sessions and evaluate the delivery of materials to specification in collaboration with the training team.
  • Keep up to date with current learning practices, theories, and methods.
     

About you:

 

  • Technical automotive experience is essential.
  • Formal training qualification and/or a minimum of 3 year’s delivery experience desirable.
  • Experience in course development within a learning development environment.
  • Ability to self-manage development projects.
  • Key knowledge Creative cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrate).
  • Prior experience with virtual delivery software.
  • Prior experience with e-learning delivery.
