Technical Support Sr. Engineer
Job Description

We want you to:

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (projects, field fix solutions)
  • Follow up vehicle product quality, reporting to plants and implement improvements at field
  • Follow up the efficiency of quality improvements on field
  • Preparing detailed warranty claim analysis and reporting top defects regularly.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to dealers
  • Preparation and announcement of Technical Service Bulletins & Service Campaigns
  • Attending online & offline international technical meetings and discuss / share technical issues
  • Supporting Technical Specialists with vehicle/site visits and proactively participate in repair/improvement processes

You will also need to have:

  • University degree in related Engineering fields
  • Having prior experience in automotive industry (nice to have)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible to travel abroad and in Turkey
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and reporting for the quality platforms
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels globally
