About the job
Be part of the tech & warranty department within aftersales. Working as a specialist with a broad competence carrying over both technical issues as well as the administrative work in both tech & warranty. Close collaboration between different departments and external partners. High focus on administrative tasks to ensure that support and information is available at dealer level and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling of Special tools, audits and ordering
- Coordination and preparation of audits for special tools in close collaboration with technical department and field force.
- Handling of Recalls, monitoring and sending information to owners via external partner.
- Sharing information of the published recalls within HMS.
- Handling of Warranty claims and Preapprovals.
- Coordination and preparations of audits for warranty in close collaboration with warranty department and field force
- Invoicing in and outgoing
- Administrative tasks regarding dealer accounts
Required education, experience, and skills
- Automotive experience an advantage
- Technical understanding
- Labor & Parts understanding
- Economical understanding for invoicing
- Experience in warranty is preferred
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
