Tech & Warranty Specialist

About the job

Be part of the tech & warranty department within aftersales. Working as a specialist with a broad competence carrying over both technical issues as well as the administrative work in both tech & warranty. Close collaboration between different departments and external partners. High focus on administrative tasks to ensure that support and information is available at dealer level and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling of Special tools, audits and ordering 
  • Coordination and preparation of audits for special tools in close collaboration with technical department and field force.
  • Handling of Recalls, monitoring and sending information to owners via external partner.
  • Sharing information of the published recalls within HMS.
  • Handling of Warranty claims and Preapprovals.
  • Coordination and preparations of audits for warranty in close collaboration with warranty department and field force
  • Invoicing in and outgoing
  • Administrative tasks regarding dealer accounts 

Required education, experience, and skills

  • Automotive experience an advantage 
  • Technical understanding
  • Labor & Parts understanding
  • Economical understanding for invoicing
  • Experience in warranty is preferred
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet time critical deadlines and changes.
