We want you to:

Carry out and implement mechanical utilities works in the responsible areas
Responsible of the mechanical projects from the design process to completion process
Responsible of mechanical equipments opeations such as steam boiler,cooled water,air pressurized systems
Preparing the draft drawings, presentations and estimated schedule of the projects and establishing the estimated budget
Preparing the BOQ (material) lists, technical specifications, tender documents and work plans
Responsible of the mechanical repairing and arrangement activities
Managing the mechanical process and reports to head of section
Preparation and implementation of improvement projects that reduce costs, increase efficiency and quality
Area out studies related to energy saving in projects carried out in the field
Monitoring and implementation of the company's business in accordance with the general rules of integrated management systems
Evaluation of the performances of blue-collar employees, ensuring their professional and personal development

You will also need to have:

Having bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and utility process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English along with strong interpersonel abilities
Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs is required
Able to work in a team and compotent in problem solving
Having good negotiation skills and analytical abilities
Having strong time management and project tracking
Mechanical design and Autocad knowledge required
To carry out energy optimised improvement works
Good at information sharing and reporting
Resides or willing to reside in Kocaeli
