We want you to:

Responsible of Supplier Quality Assurance activities within Part Development Department
Supplier on site "Quality Management System" and "Process Line Auditor" role
Joining and supporting project phase supplier production line audits and leading improvement activities
Supplier & part related quality problem solving and preventive quality improvement activities in collaboration with Quality Control department
Joining daily / weekly quality audit meetings, support suppliers in part problem solving activities and counter measure activities
Organize monthly top worst supplier quality improvement meetings, execute quality improvement activities and reporting
Monthly and Quarter based quality metrics reporting within department and prepare report to HMC HQ
Yearly procurement division quality improvement business plan activity planning and execution
Maintaining Procurement Division ISO9001 & ISO14001 and ISO5001 QMS responsibility, Internal auditor function within company
Creating and carrying out necessary training programs for suppliers and Part Development Department employees
VE/VA Cost reduction and supplier production line efficiency improvement activities
Work improvement studies for simplify of procurement division management jobs

You will also need to have:

Bachelor degree in Engineering departments of a reputable university (Industrial/Mechanical/Automotive)
Min. 2 years of experience in similar position is preferable
Proficient in documentation and reporting
Advanced level konwledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
Quality Management Systems knowledge and experience
Preferably having IATF, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001 Internal Auditor certifications
Experience in Supplier Quality Management is an asset
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Effective Time Management, adapt to work with tight schedules.
Competent in problem-solving and result-oriented
Prone to teamwork, self-motivated, strong written and verbal communication skills
No restriction and having enthusiasm for travelling and B Class driving license is required (active driver)
No restriction for abroad travelling
Residency in Kocaeli
