We want you to:

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (projects, field fix solutions)
Follow up vehicle product quality, reporting to plants and implement improvements at field
Follow up the efficiency of quality improvements on field
Preparing detailed warranty claim analysis and reporting top defects regularly.
Provide technical and administrative support to dealers
Preparation and announcement of Technical Service Bulletins & Service Campaigns
Attending online & offline international technical meetings and discuss / share technical issues
Supporting Technical Specialists with vehicle/site visits and proactively participate in repair/improvement processes

You will also need to have:

University degree in related Engineering fields
Having prior experience in automotive industry (nice to have)
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Flexible to travel abroad and in Turkey
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and reporting for the quality platforms
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels globally
