Senior Service Process Trainer
Job Description

We want you to:

  • Provide service process trainings to aftersales related job roles (Service Manager and Advisors, Customer Relation Responsibles etc.),
  • Update, adaptation and implementation of aftersales related non-technical training documents,
  • Preparing announcements of after sales non-technical trainings, sharing with dealers and monitoring returns,
  • Analysis of additional training needs and implementation in parallel with the existing Certification Programs,
  • Organization of Sales/ Service Soft Skill Trainings in cooperation with outsource training compaines,
  • Organizing of national sales and aftersales competition then coaching of best advisors for global competitions
  • Planning and making dealer visits,
  • Create e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline, effectively usage of Learning Management System and follow-up,
  • Yearly Service Training Plan preparation,
  • Preparation of training related monthly executive reports.

You will also need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Engineering faculties, from a reputable departments
  • Good command of interpersonal, communication ability, suitable for teamwork, innovation competencies
  • Ability to analyze, effective in problem solving
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with similar responsibilities
  • High level of computer literacy; excellent level of MS Office programs, Articule Storyline app, advanced presentation skills
  • Advanced level of both written & spoken English
