We want you to:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining custom ABAP programs and reports.
• Supporting and enhancing SAP HR modules including Time Management, Payroll, and SuccessFactors.
• Maintaining and optimizing SAP Portal functionalities.
• Managing and troubleshooting integrations between SAP and other internal/external IT systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensuring high-quality documentation and adherence to development standards.

You will also need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ABAP programming.
• Proven experience with SAP HR modules, including Time Management, Payroll, and SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with SAP Portal and its components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli.
