We want you to:

  • Sequence List Creation (Daily Production mix control and BSM new seq list adjustment)
  • Sequence List Information Sharing (Sharing with Process Control Blue Collar for Body Sequence Follow Up)
  • Sequence Change Adjust and Line Balance (Re sequencing i balancing on BSM system and sharing with all responsible)
  • Work In Process (WIP) Control (Informing PC Blue Collar related to Material or any other problems and managing Cars in Process)
  • WBS & PBS management (Managing Storage locations based on Material and Production Constraints)
  • Long-Term Waiting Car Follow Up (Inform All departments for non-moving cars in WIP)
  • APS plan change (making seq changes depend on material control responsible and vendors' requests)
  • MIP part management (daily production follow, monthly production result, scrap follow up etc.)
  • Pilot production planning & follow Up (project car planning, shipment process, budget deduction, pilot cars physical scrap etc.)
  • Back order and ageing order management
  • Special production follow (model balance out, color balance out, new spec production etc.)
  • Improving production planning tools and applying innovative ideas on SAP, APS and GMES.

You will also need to have:

  • Graduation from the Industrial Engineering Department
  • Preferably 2 years’ experience in Production Planning
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of ERP software (SAP knowledge is preferred)
  • Results-oriented, monitoring and reporting skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Harmonious teamwork, strong communication skills
  • Adaption to busy schedule & complex supply chain problems
  • Proficiency English knowledge & speaking level
  • Resides or willing to reside in Kocaeli
