We want you to:

Follow up improvement plans and performance results for chronic/basically quality/productivity impediments
To manage team performance by setting KPI targets
To develop and improve team KPI management software
To evaluate and report team performance results to top management
To support cost saving management through HMTR
To support 5S awareness at site by new motivation methods and training employees
To manage and improve knowledge sharing through Production Division
To support teammates to reinforce workload

You will also need to have:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, etc
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Advanced analytical thinking, planning and organization skills
Technical knowledge and experience in reporting
Good command of MS office programs
Able to multi task
