We want you to:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives
- Lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent
- Drive employee engagement, talent management, and leadership development initiatives
- Collaborate with managers to implement HR policies, performance management, and career development programs
- Provide data-driven insights to support HR analytics and workforce planning
- Drive performance management processes, coaching managers to foster a high-performance culture
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, managing employee relations when necessary
- Act as a key advisor on employee engagement, learning & development, and diversity & inclusion strategies
You will also need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and workforce planning
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multinational environment is highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
- Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and reporting
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI etc.) is an advantage
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
