Payroll Specialist
Job Description

We want you to:

  • Process a monthly payroll of B/C & W/C employees on time
  • Controls the compensation components in payroll before the payments on a monthly basis
  • Responsible for the accuracy of payroll data in HR systems and reporting
  • Ensures compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
  • Support to manage all processes in institutions such as SGK, İşkur, Tax Office, Enforcement Offices
  • Support to prepare annual, monthly, weekly reports for senior management
  • Communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues
  • Supporting top management in decision making processes by analyzing the social and economic parameters that are periodically published

You will also need to have:

  • Preferably graduated from Economics and Administrative Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics departments of universities
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Able to follow digital innovations and adapt them to their work
  • Knowledge of labor law & legislation concerning human resources
  • Excellent command of MS Office programs, especially Excel knowledge is a must
  • Hands-on experience in SAP HR & Payroll system
  • Advanced analysis and reporting skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
