We want you to:
- Process a monthly payroll of B/C & W/C employees on time
- Controls the compensation components in payroll before the payments on a monthly basis
- Responsible for the accuracy of payroll data in HR systems and reporting
- Ensures compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
- Support to manage all processes in institutions such as SGK, İşkur, Tax Office, Enforcement Offices
- Support to prepare annual, monthly, weekly reports for senior management
- Communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues
- Supporting top management in decision making processes by analyzing the social and economic parameters that are periodically published
You will also need to have:
- Preferably graduated from Economics and Administrative Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics departments of universities
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Able to follow digital innovations and adapt them to their work
- Knowledge of labor law & legislation concerning human resources
- Excellent command of MS Office programs, especially Excel knowledge is a must
- Hands-on experience in SAP HR & Payroll system
- Advanced analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
