We want you to:

Lead and manage the legal department, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Provide expert legal advice on labor law, compliance, competition law, consumer rights, GDPR and other relevant legal areas
Oversee and manage legal disputes and litigation processes
Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests
Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal risks are identified and mitigated
Stay updated on changes in legislation and ensure the company remains compliant
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
Manage relationships with associations, relevant institutions, and NGOs in line with the company’s interests, representing the company in these organizations
Ensure continuous communication and coordination with Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) and Hyundai Motor Europe (HME)

You will also need to have:

A law degree from a reputable university, higher degree is a plus
At least 12 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on the automotive industry
Proficiency of written and spoken in English
Extensive knowledge and experience in labor law, compliance, competition law, GDPR and consumer rights
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
High ethical standards and professional integrity
