Learning & Development Unit Lead
Job Description

We want you to:

  • Analyze and manage company learning needs for both white and blue collar members and leaders
  • Establish training curriculum and training pool (soft, technic & mandatory)
  • Identify annual L&D budget towards development plans fostered by organizational development, increasing member and company competency
  • Manage execution of systematic soft, technical and global trainings
  • Making necessary improvements through the new L&D trends to ensure sustainability of training culture
  • Managing position and individual based career path through the job, title, performance, competency and 360 evaluation results
  • Design an end-to-end learning journey for all members of the company

You will also need to have:

  • Excellent communication, planning, organization and service orientation skills
  • Strong time management and reporting skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage several project simultaneously
  • Reliability, sense of responsibility and can-do mindset
  • Excellent command of MS Office programs
  • Excellent command of both written & spoken English
  • Team player, self-motivated and analytical minded
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
