We want you to:

•    Following up purchase orders and determining import requirements
•    Responsible from coordinating logistics process, ensuring shipping docs. are prepared correctly in terms of logistics, customs clearance etc.;
•    Getting all necessary shipment documents, products safety & control documents on time from suppliers.
•    Prepare work order & necessay documents for customs clearance
•    Follow up, tracking of goods , Insurance and manage of domestic and international logistics processes.
•    Following customs clearance processes with customs broker and report related dept.
•    Keeping up-to- date of import payment reports and preparing / following import payment orders and sharing with bank;
•    Submitting & following up all import files in SAP system;
•    Creating import file cost calculations and reports;
•    Controlling all related invoices  regarding transport & customs charges, etc. and being align with Accounting department.

You will also need to have:

•    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics departments or closely related field;
•    Min. 2 years experience on Foreign Trade import operations (automovie sector prefferred)
•    Excellent knowledge IIC incoterms 2020 & payment terms, letter of credits.
•    To have knowledge & experience in Imports Product Safety Controls and Tareks. (TSE, CE)
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
•    Experience of ERP systems especially SAP;
•    Excellent verbal and written skills in English;
•    Good team player, strong communication skills;
•    Analytical thinking with innovative point of view;
•    Willing to take initiative and responsibility;
•    No military obligation for male candidates.
•    No restriction for domestic & international travel.
•    B Driver licence
