We want you to:

Analyze and manage company learning needs for both white and blue collar members and leaders
Establish training curriculum and training pool (soft, technic & mandatory)
Identify annual L&D budget towards development plans fostered by organizational development, increasing member and company competency
Manage execution of systematic soft, technical and global trainings
Making necessary improvements through the new L&D trends to ensure sustainability of training culture
Managing position and individual based career path through the job, title, performance, competency and 360 evaluation results
Design a end-to-end learning journey for all members of the company

You will also need to have:

Excellent communication, planning, organization and service orientation skills
Strong time management and reporting skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage several project simultaneously
Reliability, sense of responsibility and can-do mindset
Excellent command of MS Office programs
Excellent command of both written & spoken English
Team player, self-motivated and analytical minded
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
