We want you to:
- Planning, organization and execution of internal & external trainings of the related account (soft, technical and leadership)
- Prepare regular reports on trainings and projects to management about the results and follow up the budget
- Training need analysis (conducting surveys and field study, doing interviews with related parties
- Establish a leveled curriculum for related account
- Proposal & development of new learning projects
You will also need to have:
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Learning & Development
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- Advanced level of both written & spoken English
- Experience in adult learning principles, learning facilitation
- Excellent reporting & presentation skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation, presentation and organizational skills
- Result and customer-oriented can-do mindset
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Well-organized, self-motivated with enthusiasm and initiative, management processes improvement-oriented
- Proactive, a learner, and able to work effectively within the team
- Previously worked in production is a plus
- Experience with learning technologies (LMS, digital content creating tools etc.) is a plus
