Manage responsible for certain subcontractor operations such as; building management, shuttle transportation and physical and information security services, ensuring service quality and contractual compliance
Coordinate and monitor maintenance, repair, and technical service activities to ensure the efficient operation of office facilities
Oversee office security operations and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Conduct regular site inspections and daily operational controls to identify improvement opportunities and maintain workplace standards
Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers, and monitor their performance through regular reviews and reporting
Monitor and control operational budgets, invoices, and related expenditure within the scope of responsibility
Lead and follow up on facility-related operational projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company standards
Monitor daily service delivery processes and ensure operational continuity across all workplace services
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support an efficient, safe, and employee-focused work environment
Prepare regular operational reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives through updates to methods, procedures, and regulations
You will also need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in Facilities Management, Administrative Affairs, Workplace Services, or a similar function
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is considered an asset
Strong analytical thinking and reporting capabilities
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously develop
