General Affairs Specialist (Temporary Contract)
Job Description

We want you to:

  • Coordinate and manage domestic and international business trip processes of the company
  • Follow up all visa application processes and support related documentation
  • Ensure smooth cooperation and contract process management with the travel agency
  • Track all invoices related to flight tickets, hotel bookings, and visa expenses, and ensure accurate SAP entries
  • Research new hotel options when required and initiate corporate discount agreements with hotels
  • Maintain and update business travel procedures and communicate changes to relevant departments
  • Act as the key point of contact for employees regarding travel requests and related queries
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external companies to ensure travel arrangements
  • Manage periodic reporting related to travel activities, costs, and efficiency metrics
  • Provide flexible communication support (via phone/email) outside regular working hours if necessary

You will also need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree and excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in business travel operations or a similar administrative function
  • High communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and coordination
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments and strong team collaboration skills
  • B class driving license and active driving experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus
