We want you to:

Order pack/forecast collectionn from markets and status follow up
Balance out management on product event
Available order / back order management
Monitoring responsible markets and close communication
Pricing check and prepare proforma invoice
Production allocation check for responsible market/country
Operation plan follow up and adjustment between region/country
Communicate with regional head quarters and reflect request
Monthly/yearly shipment estimation control
Payment follow up for responsible market/country
Arrange & provide collaboration among sales, production & shipment departments

You will also need to have:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or engineering
Min. 2 years experience in similar positions
Excellent communication & reporting skills
Team player, self-motivated and analytical minded
Strong time management and responsibility
Excellent command of both written & spoken English
Excellent command of MS Office programs
