We want you to:
- Manage end-to-end blue-collar processes, including recruitment, performance management, promotions, assignments and etc.
- Foster strong communication with blue-collar field leaders & team members and provide ongoing support
- Conduct blue-collar salary analysis and support the wage review process
- Preparing blue-collar manpower analysis & needs-assessment study
- Lead disciplinary processes and ensure compliance with company policies
- Resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner
- Take an active role in employee engagement projects
- Stay updated on economic trends and workforce dynamics to design effective strategies for communication and compensation
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure alignment with company standards
You will also need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Relations, Economics, Psychology, Sociology or related departments
- Minimum 2 year experience in employee relations, human resources, or related fields is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
