We want you to:

• Lead Distribution Section and report to Dealer Network Development & Distribution Manager for all related topics and activities
• Develop annual and mid to long-term sales plan in accordance with company strategy
• Manage preparation and submission of vehicle ordering to related plants based on yearly sales business plan
• Organize continuous follow up & monitoring of vehicle production with related production facilities
• Carry out vehicle allocation to dealer network considering monthly sales target
• Manage vehicle invoicing processes to all dealer network
• Carry out all transportation activities for invoiced vehicles to related dealers
• Monitor and optimize factory and customs inventory capacities through appropriate actions; perform cost compliance checks for imported vehicles
• Measure and report transportation performance analysis of the supplier company
• Guiding Distribution Team to prepare daily / weekly / monthly basis reportings

You will also need to have:

• Should have engineering background
• Experienced in team management
• Min. 8 years of experience, which min. 5 years of it should be sales planning and vehicle logistics experience
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, strategic thinking, presentation and communication skills
• Highly qualified in interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of planning and organization, having strong market insight
• A high level of computer literacy; advanced level of SAP & MS Office knowledge is a must
• Strategic influencing and negotiation skills
• Drive for success and passion for winning
• Ability to work under pressure and tight time schedule
• Having B Class Driving License and driving actively
