We want you to:

  • Monitor and report on dealer performance, ensuring adherence to the company’s policies and performance standards.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies that enhance dealer performance and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and performance data to make informed recommendations for network development.
  • Devise and execute innovative projects aimed at optimizing dealer efficiency and profitability.
  • Take charge of the development and execution of a comprehensive dealer incentive program, setting forth performance criteria and meticulously tracking and reporting outcomes.
  • Govern monthly dealer target assignment and ensure transparent communication across the network.
  • Set up and share annual dealer sales business plan with all network and responsible parties.
  • Collaborate with the legal department to ensure dealer contracts meet corporate standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Establishment, improvement and follow-up of dealer management systems and business processes

You will also need to have:

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
  • Dealer network development experience will be a plus
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with dealers and assess market conditions
  • Having process panagement and consulting skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Handling multi priorities and stress management
  • Result oriented
  • Extensive MS Office (esp. MS Excel) experience
  • Project tracking and management
