Dealer Development Assistant Manager
Job Description

We want you to:

  • Monitor and report on dealer performance, ensuring adherence to the company’s policies and performance standards,
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies that enhance dealer performance and customer satisfaction,
  • Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and performance data to make informed recommendations for network development,
  • Devise and execute innovative projects aimed at optimizing dealer efficiency and profitability,
  • Establishment, improvement and follow-up of dealer audit systems and business processes,
  • Govern monthly dealer target assignment and ensure transparent communication across the network,
  • Set up and share annual dealer sales business plan with all network and responsible parties.

You will also need to have:

  • Related years of experience in Automotive Industry especially in reports and analysis for Top Management and business experience
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Good communication, planning, organizational and management reporting skills
  • Strong numerical, logical and analytical skills with dealer & customer focused point of view
  • Solution-oriented point of view
  • Good command of MS Office programs
  • Project management
  • Having knowledge about AutoCAD or similar programs is a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed
