We want you to:

  • Prepare monthly CRM communication plans (SMS, email, app push notifications) and managerial reports; obtain approval from relevant departments and managers.
  • Analyze the target customer groups for campaign content and generate relevant data.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle, including new and lost customer management.
  • Set annual KPI targets and prepare the business plan and budget.
  • Draft and distribute message texts and email content.
  • Plan and oversee the operations of the outbound call center team.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to monitor software developments that meet the needs of stakeholders.
  • Provide support and training for dealers and HAOS employees to enhance CRM usage.
  • Manage new contracts and annual contract renewals, including the bidding process.
  • Conduct integration studies as necessary.
  • Initiate projects or actions to enhance customer data collection.
  • Monitor İYS integration and take required actions.

You will also need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Social Sciences from a reputable university.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
  • Results-oriented individual, effective in problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with a willingness to embrace change and innovation.
  • High level of computer literacy; advanced proficiency in MS Office is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and the ability to understand code, scripts, and database queries are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
  • Proficient in analyzing and utilizing complex data to positively impact business outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English.
