We want you to:

Responsible of Procurement Management System
Supplier Management(adoption, support and problem solution about Procurement Management System)
Collecting and recording relevant information in line with requests from the headquarters(system input)
Procurement Division Cost Reporting, Analyse & Management
Cost reduction plan/performance management
Comprehensive cost/management work, suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions
CS seminar, VE Proposal, overall cost reduction performance
Gather and analyze financial data, cost unit and purchase amount management cost difference analysis
Cost standards/policy establishment, Conduct market research to support future business planning
Creating and carrying out necessary training programs for suppliers and Purchasing Department employees
Work improvement studies for simplify of procurement division management/administration jobs

You will also need to have:

Bachelor degree in Engineering departments of a reputable university(Industrial/Mechanical/Automotive)
Min. 2 years of experience in similar position is preferable
Proficient in documentation and reporting
Advanced level konwledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
Able to anlayse big data in excel(able to create Macro is an asset) and Powerpoint reporting skills
Preferably worked with ERP system; has knowledge about application and support
SAP knowledge is an asset
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Effective time management, adapt to work with tight schedules
Competent in problem-solving and result-oriented
Prone to teamwork, self-motivated, strong written and verbal communication skills
No restriction for travelling and B Class driving license is required (active driver)
Residency in Kocaeli
