We want you to:
- Manage and follow up regulatory applications for new vehicle projects and mass production in line with Conformity of Production (CoP) requirements
- Track regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle (design, production, aftersales)
- Conduct risk assessments related to regulatory changes and report findings to management
- Manage technical correspondence with national and international authorities
- Analyze technical issues and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments and suppliers
- Support and host technical support teams during audits and inspections
- Conduct and monitor regular CoP tests such as noise level, emissions, and E-mark verifications
- Organize test activities, evaluate results, and prepare detailed test reports
- Ensure all tests are conducted in compliance with relevant standards
- Prepare reports on new regulations, WVTA extensions, and application plans for vehicle models
- Provide technical solutions and interventions for identified problems
- Coordinate with external laboratories/authorities for regulatory testing and certification
- Oversee the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, internal audits, and support related software systems (e.g., QDMS)
- Manage and report on the suggestion and improvement proposal system
You will also need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive homologation and regulatory processes
- Familiarity with automotive regulations such as ECE, WVTA, GSR, and UNECE standards
- Experience in preparing and interpreting technical documentation (e.g., test reports, conformity certificates, technical drawings)
- Experience in working with international regulatory bodies or certification authorities
- Ability to monitor and interpret new or updated regulations and assess their impact on products
- Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- A team player with strong analytical thinking and self-motivation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Kocaeli
