We want you to:

• Support the Business Analysis team in preparing reports and documentation
• Collaborate with Korean-speaking partners and ensure smooth communication
• Assist in data collection and basic analysis for ongoing projects
• Maintain and update internal databases and records
• Translate simple documents or summaries between Korean and English, Turkish also when needed

You will also need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business analysis or a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Korean (written and spoken) and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
