We want you to:

•   Responsible for QCDD (Quality, Cost, Development & Delivery) Functions during Project Phase and after Mass Production starts
•   Cost Calculation, Quotation Analysis, Comparison & verification of Supplier Cost with respect to Part Drawing, Specs
•   Regular Price Updates for Raw Material / Exchange Rate / Labor Resource Updates. Main Supplier Line Visit for Price Control
•   Engineering Order (EO) Change Follow-Up from receival till implementation. Manage Price Effect & Payment for modifications
•   Quality Management of Part and Supplier in each Project Steps and follow-up Quality Problems in Mass Production.
•   Responsible for the completion of the department objectives given to it in accordance with the annual cost / quality / innovation objectives.

You will also need to have:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industry, Metallurgy and Materials, Aeronautical Engineering
Able to analyze big data in Excel, able to create Macros, enough PowerPoint reporting skills
Competent in problem-solving, result-oriented analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
Open to work in Team and ready to manage and create work team
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability
Advanced user of MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Management with Targets/ Working with Objectives.
Effective Time Management, adapt to work with tight schedule
Min. 2 years of experience in similar position is preferable,
No restriction for travelling and B Class driving license is required (active driver),
Residency in Kocaeli
