We want you to:

  • Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities
  • Plan and organize maintenance, respond to breakdowns, report downtime and possible trends
  • Maintain statiscal records includes downtime,quality issue
  • Reduce variability in production by providing standard work methods and work instructions
  • Maximize productivity of machineries and workers
  • Follow specifications and quality control measures

You will also need to have:

  • Relevant engineering degree preferred Mechanical, Mechatronic ,Metallurgical & Material Industrial Engineering etc.
  • Profiency using Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent English communication skills ,both verbally and written
  • Assertive, resilent and welcome change
  • Self - motivated, flexible , proactive and committed
  • Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills
