We want you to:
- Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities
- Plan and organize maintenance, respond to breakdowns, report downtime and possible trends
- Maintain statiscal records includes downtime,quality issue
- Reduce variability in production by providing standard work methods and work instructions
- Maximize productivity of machineries and workers
- Follow specifications and quality control measures
- Train, supervise and manage production workers
You will also need to have:
- Relevant engineering degree preferred Mechanical, Mechatronic ,Metallurgical & Material Industrial Engineering etc.
- Profiency using Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent English communication skills ,both verbally and written
- Assertive, resilent and welcome change
- Self - motivated, flexible , proactive and committed
- Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of production costs to include waste,downtime, scrap and re-work
- Experience of FMEA, process improvement and error proofing techniques
- Reside/Willing to reside in Kocaeli
