We want you to:
• Guide and coach dealers to enhance customer satisfaction in company standards
• Develop and improve dealers’ standards according to company principles
• Manage and coordinate overall dealers’ after sales operation
• Analyze dealer spare part sales performances, financial status, profitability and make strategic plans to improve after sales operation
• Performance analysis and make plans to improve efficiency of dealer staff
• Ensure continous communication with dealers to respond their needs in service
• Occasional domestic and/or international travel
You will also need to have:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering faculties (preferably Mechanical Engineering) from reputable universities
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in related area
• Fluency in English
• High level of computer literacy; advanced level of MS office knowledge is required
• Strong team player and fast adapter to a dynamic environment
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• Having prior experience in automotive industry is a plus
