An exciting opportunity has opened up to join the Sales Operations team as a Sales Data Analyst at Hyundai’s Head Office in Leatherhead.
You will be responsible for the day to day administration, maintenance and reporting of Sales Operations data, as well as ad hoc analytical tasks required to support the Sales team. You will have a keen eye for detail that will help you identify bottle-necks and inefficiencies within the reporting capabilities. Your creative input will then be required to improve process and the general operations for HMUK business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete data centric, administrative tasks across the sales organisation
- Monitor and audit data quality
- Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets
- Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools
- Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
- Develop records management processes and policies
- Consider both back-end organisation of data and front-end accessibility for end-users
- Stakeholders management with both internal and external parties
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes whilst also appreciating scalability requirements.
About you:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Numerate with excellent PC Skills (MS Office). Proficient in Excel, experience with Sisense is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish creditability amongst stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise and execute within specified timeframe.
- Confident in identifying areas of opportunity and ability to present with confidence.
- Comfortable working in a high tempo environment.
