Sales Analyst

About the job:

As a Sales Analyst at Hyundai Motor Sweden, you will act as an important part of the sales team and support the entire organization with coordination, administration and sales planning. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Hyundai Motor Sweden's sales operations by managing, analysing, and reporting sales data. You will prepare detailed reports and create insightful visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making for both internal and external stakeholders. In close collaboration with internal teams, you will identify bottlenecks in reporting processes, enhance data management practices, and optimize workflows to drive efficiency and scalability. Additionally, your responsibilities will include handling various administrative tasks within the sales organization, ensuring data accuracy, developing records management systems, and supporting the integration of new tools. Success in this role will require exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment. This position is located in Stockholm and will report to the Head of Sales.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse sales performance and market trends
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics tools.
  • Work with data tools (Excel, ERP, BI systems) to track key metrics
  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and integrate new tools and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform data-focused administrative tasks across the sales organization.
  • Monitor and audit data quality to maintain accuracy and reliability.
     

Required education, experience, and skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience from a commercial business.
  • Experience from the automotive industry is advantageous.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Data tools (Excel, PPT, ERP)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
