Sales Administrator

About the Job

Are you passionate about cars and ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to join Hyundai Motor Sweden's sales operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in retail, customer service, or the automotive industry who is eager to transition into an administrative, office-based role.


As a Sales Administrator, you will support the sales team by managing and reporting sales data, preparing reports, and assisting with various administrative tasks. You will also help streamline workflows, improve data processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and are eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing sales reports and creating simple visualizations.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining records.
  • Monitor and update data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Help identify areas to improve workflows and processes.
  • Provide general support to the sales organization and internal teams.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Required education, experience, and skills

  • Interest in cars or previous experience in the automotive industry (e.g., car showroom, sales, or similar roles) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other service-oriented roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Great communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Valid Category B driver’s license.
