About the job:
The job mission of this role as Retail Channel Development Specialist is to drive various projects in the retail channel development department and be involved in the work to develop our network of Hyundai sales agents and service networks in Sweden. The daily work is together with colleagues in the department and with the other department in our Swedish organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and executing daily RCD operations across various topics to support HMS sales & service network including Customer Satisfaction Survey, sales/technical people training program, Audit, mystery shopping, and IT system mgmt.
- Managing Customer Satisfaction program HCX, preparing the follow-up interna & external reports
- Coordinating and developing sales/service training program in line with mandatory certificate program
- Hyundai Global Dealer Space Identity implement, order, invoice and coordinate with our local architect
- Controlling the master user data of sales & service networks in the IT systems and aligning with other departments
- Managing the information sharing portal for the sales & service networks, and sharing info on a regular basis
- Managing the 3rd party vendor providers’ contract, relationship, and regular invoice handling
- Providing (ir)regular report of sales/service network status to the European HQ (Hyundai Motor Europe)
- Managing sales-contracts and standards in line with European HQ
- Supporting the Head of Retail Channel Development in implementing strategies and project to enhance RCD tasks
- Serving as a key communication channel with the sales & service networks
- Handling and administrating incoming requests from partners.
Required education, experience, and skills:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in operating agent/dealer/franchise management; experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience coordinating and optimizing agent/dealer/franchise operations
- Good admin skills
- Highly proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Good knowledge of Swedish market practice (automotive market, customer retail, etc.,)
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
