H-Way is a digital transformation project to improve business, dealer sales processes and customer experience, preparing Hyundai Dealer network for an exciting future

 

Job Purpose:
To accelerate the development and delivery of H-Way, a new Dealer IT systems project and manage the deployment of other digital and IT projects into the dealer network.  In this critical role, you will develop and drive implementation of the overall H-WAY deployment plan for the National Sales Company (NSC) and dealer network. Additionally, the role will be instrumental in scoping the deployment plans for new projects within the Digital Transformation roadmap.
 

Person Specification:

 

  • Experience and knowledge of vehicle sales processes and a good understanding of how a Dealer works.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager role or similar
  • Experience with both Business Analyst and Project Management tools, methods and techniques
  • Experience of IT infrastructure-based projects deployment/change management across franchise partners
  • Strong business analysis, process mapping and process improvement expertise
  • Dealer sales processes and related IT systems knowledge (preferred)
  • Excellent communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to partner with and influence business stakeholders and external partners to deliver on commitments
  • Dynamic, diligent personality with a “can do” attitude
