Role Summary:

Hyundai is looking for a new colleague for the position of Regional Manager Sales in the Department of Sales and Logistics. As a Regional Manager, you will serve as the key link between the dealership network and the importer, responsible for the sales budget for your assigned dealers.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you are a results-oriented individual who enjoys working with people and can achieve results through others. You will act as the main point of contact for our dealers. Therefore, strong relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively promote our products and campaigns. You should be solution-oriented and willing to take initiative when needed.

The position reports to the General Manager of Sales and Logistics

We want you to:

  • Be responsible for the sales budgets for assigned dealers
  • Monitor the digital sales systems and training of users
  • Follow-up on customer satisfaction and mystery shopping reports
  • Act as a sparring partner for sales managers and sales staff
  • Ensure that dealers place vehicle orders and maintain an optimal product mix
  • Support dealers with logistics-related challenges
  • Communicate and follow up on sales campaigns

About you:

  • Relevant higher education at bachelor’s level
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Valid driver’s license, minimum class B
  • Proven track record of strong sales performance
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Experienced user of Excel
  • Results- and solution-oriented, with the ability to think holistically and work in a structured, strategic manner
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and well-organized
  • Professional, with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Motivated by inspiring others and achieving strong sales results through teamwork
  • Excellent relationship builder with solid business acumen
  • Analytical mindset with strong system understanding
